  • Support and secure 63 networked devices, including Mac and Windows computers, Linux servers, NAS, VoIP and 24 cameras. Handle help desk requests for all staff.
  • Moved the FileMaker system (about 414 GB including attachments) to a Dell PowerEdge server after rehearsing the cutover and checking rollback readiness.
  • Set up hourly and nightly snapshots and a second-NAS mirror with deletion limits. Configured an offsite transfer. Replaced database dumps that could not be restored.
  • Led the move from Dropbox to company-owned storage. Mirrored and checked 560,000+ files, wrote instructions for users and moved computers in groups.
  • Moved 12 Macs to Mosyle mobile device management (MDM). Reset one test Mac to verify enrollment and migrated the rest in place. Scripts apply and check printer, share and other settings.
  • Ran vulnerability assessments and prioritized fixes. Set up DKIM signing that got sales replies to 2 large customers out of quarantine.
  • Automated health checks, repairs and backups, with alerts when conditions change and a runbook of fixes and decisions.
  • Ran the production floor alongside IT, trained new hires on six machine types and led crew meetings.
